Had to try three different vacuum machines to get one to scan my card. Washing tunnel was out of order for cash and touch screen would not work for card sale.

I would strongly caution anyone considering the self-service bays at this car wash. On multiple occasions, I have used the self-service wash for only 5–7 minutes, yet my credit card was charged $21.60 each time regardless of the actual time spent. A self-service car wash should charge customers based on usage, not a flat amount that appears unrelated to the time used. After experiencing the same charge repeatedly, I am very concerned about the billing practices at this location. Before using your credit card here, I would recommend carefully reviewing your statement afterward. Based on my experience, the charges do not appear to reflect the actual time spent washing the vehicle. I intend to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the New York State Attorney General's Office so the billing practices can be reviewed. Customers deserve transparency and accurate pricing when using self-service equipment.

Like numerous others have said in their reviews, this is the worst car wash I have ever been to!!! First, just to get the gate open to enter the carwash is a feat in itself. Very old mechanism and tried 4 times with two cards to get it to register that I wanted a $10 wash only to have it "Error" out on me. Finally, on the 4th try, as the machine was saying "error" again, the gate went up! 🤦🏻‍♀️ There was nothing unusual about the wash as we went thru but when we came out at the end, I noticed that the back window was totally covered with soap! I used my windshield wiper to clean it off and drove home. When I got out at home and looked at the car, it was not clean by any means. I should have known better but about a week later, I washed my daughter's car at the same location in Johnson City. As we went through, I noticed that the soap was on the back window again. When we got to our next stop, we looked at the outside of the vehicle and what wasn't still dirty was completely covered in soap. The passenger side looked like a starburst of soap suds now dried to the finish! We drove it home, pulled out the hose and rewashed the vehicle to get all of the soap off. I will never go t

Good wash at a good location and good price. Right across from Wegmans. I get a medium level wash -$28- and can use the car wash anytime, multiple days. Think about how much you spend on washes - one at a time ($12, $14 or 16) - or two a month and it is a few bucks more to get unlimited washes. You can clean your car right there as they have vacuums. One thing to be aware of is you need either exact change or using a credit card or debit card as a machine does not give out change. Nice people, I have gone there for over a year and am happy.

Was brought into the wash behind another vehicle then all of a sudden I was waiting 5 minutes to be brought through because the attendant was on a phone call and the wash shut down. Meanwhile I sat there until he got off the phone call without letting me know anything, he restarted the wash and I went through. Not a good cleaning off my car either.
